True Recovery RVA offers a variety of recovery homes for both Men and Women in the greater Richmond area. Sometimes referred to as "Sober Living Homes", our recovery homes provide a safe and comfortable environment for people seeking recovery from substance use disorders.
Studies show that a strong support system leads to lower relapse rates, and provides a needed social network as well. Living in our Recovery Residences and belonging to a community of support helps build a practice of sharing and the understanding that you never have to face anything alone again. A recovery residence is a place to live for people recovering from substance use disorder that are seeking stability and accountability. A place which serves short-term accommodation between rehab or incarceration and mainstream society. The transition from a highly structured environment to a self-guided existence can be challenging, so a recovery residence can bridge the gap and provide some structure and accountability while allowing a person to regain independence.

This men's house located in Chesterfield County VA, near the south side of Richmond, offers a quiet and spacious living environment for our participants who have employment or other obligations in this area of central VA.
Ecoflats RVA, located on Brook Rd in the historic Jackson Ward district of Richmond Virginia, is a 62-bed apartment complex containing 9 mens and 7 womens units. Each 4-bed unit is fully furnished along with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Ecoflats RVA's location provides easy access to public transportation, employment opportunities, and Richmond Virginia's exceptional recovery community.
This men's house is located on Dumbarton Rd. in the Lakeside neighborhood of Henrico, VA and houses our "Intensive Support" men. A short walk to Hatcher Memorial Church, which holds 12 step meetings daily. Lakeside is home to a thriving recovery community of which each of the men residing at our Dumbarton house will have easy access.
This women's house, located on Hermitage Rd in Richmond VA, is near both the Richmond and Lakeside recovery communities. There is ample parking for our women who drive and easy access to nearby highways.
This men's house, located on Staples Mill Rd in Henrico VA, is located near the Lakeside recovery community and many employment opportunities for men in this single level house.
This tri-level men's house is located on Laurel Pine Dr in Henrico Va. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, the residents of Laurel Pine have nearby access to the Lakeside recovery community, many employment opportunities and retail shopping.
